As a former project manager, warranty manager, and trainer who loves the building process, I am able to effortlessly provide clients in North and South Carolina with detailed information during all stages of the construction process in a way that is easy to understand and informative. We want to make sure the utilities are turned on, the HVAC system has been started, and all included appliances are installed so we can test everything in your home before you use it.

Because the more you find BEFORE you move into your home, the LESS time you will spend having subcontractors coming into your home AFTER you move in! Let's look for example at the picture. Do you know what is missing here? The disconnect for the AC unit is. This is a weird time of year when the temperature is all over the place, so just because the HVAC technician started the heat, does not mean that the AC is fully started, and without this disconnect installed, your AC will not work. We know an 85 degree day can come in a flash in the south and finding out this is missing on a hot Saturday is not what you want!
